Alcohol & Smoking
Policy
*alcohol is permitted on your deck and around your campfire
*intoxicated people causing a disturbance will have to leave with no refund
*smoking is prohibited in cottages and around the children play areas
*person on registration will have their credit card charged for any expenses dealing with smoking damages
Damage Policy
*any damages that occur during your stay, are the responsibility of the person who makes the reservation
*the person making the reservation, must have a credit card on file, in case of damages or missing items
*legal action will be taken for any damages exceeding the amount that can be billed to your credit card, if not paid in full
Maximum Occupancy/ Minimum Stay
Policy
*up to 4 adults, max. of 6 people per cottage
*if you exceed the number of guests on arrival, you will not be able to occupy the cottage and will not be refunded
*visitors are welcome during business hours, but owners must be advised in advance
*the week of the Cavendish Festival- we require a 7 night stay
Check In/Out
Policies
*check in is between 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. (Please do not arrive early, we are busy cleaning cottages.)
*check out is by 10 a.m., or your credit card will be charged for another night stay, with no accommodation
Dress Policy
*we want our guests to feel comfortable during their visit
*we ask that our guests dress respectfully, while on the property
*no swimwear worn on the property
Quiet Time
Policy
*quiet time is between 10 p.m. - 9 a.m.
*no loud music at any time
Children & Pet
Policies
*children must be supervised at all times
*we have a no pet policy
Firewood Policy
*no firewood is to be brought onto the property
*you can purchase firewood at our office
*Due to high wind, there are often fire bans on the island, please check with the office if you can have a fire. Guests who fail to follow the fire ban and light fires will be held responsible for all damages caused as of result of the fire

Cancellation Policies
*book by calling (902-626-6538) or click the BOOK NOW! link
*50% of your payment is due on registration/reservation, balance 50% of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Full refund if cancelled 30 days prioir to arrival. After 30 days will be no refund. Registration/ reservation under 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in full when booking. Cancellations will not be refunded.
*All payment can be made by etranfer to Angel Cottage Ltd or by
certified cheque made out to Angel Cottage Ltd
* A valid credit card is required on arrival, in case of damages; late departure; or missing items
